What could be more rewarding than encouraging children in
schools thousands of miles apart to learn about each other's culture, geography, history ..........
One of Nepal Schools Aid's
goals has been to establish educational links and liaison between the schools in our Core Programme in Kathmandu and at least
one school in the UK. Liaison can mean a number of different things but so far has included discussions on children from the
UK school exchanging letters with children in Nepal, a small study of Nepal such as its geography, peoples, religion, mountains
being added to the UK schools curriculum, and finally the possibility of teachers from the UK school visiting Nepal to learn
or even to teach for a few days. We now have three UK Schools who link in this way and if you would like to discuss how your
